Civil Litigation Attorney

Brooklyn office of our client seeks civil litigation attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will be drawing up legal documents and managing and advising clients on legal matters. Will be presenting and summarizing cases to judges and juries, preparing legal briefs and opinions and examining legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting. Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents, interpret laws, rulings and regulations and negotiate settlements of civil disputes.

The candidate should have reading comprehension, writing skills, judgment and decision-making skills and critical thinking.
