  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a focus on corporate law.
  • Strong background in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, joint ventures, finance, and general business transactions.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
