Litigation Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in general commercial litigation, criminal or regulatory investigations, and compliance. Strong academic credentials, exceptional writing skills, and a potential background in a federal judicial clerkship are highly valued.

Duties:

• Handle general commercial litigation matters for a diverse range of clients.
• Provide legal counsel in criminal or regulatory investigations and compliance issues.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including arguing motions and presenting evidence.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategies.
• Maintain organized and detailed case files and documents.
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of litigation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation experience at a major law firm.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Extensive experience in general commercial litigation.
• Background in criminal or regulatory investigations and compliance.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience (a definite plus).
