Duties:

  • Conducted legal research, prepared legal documents, and participated in all phases of litigation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on litigation.
  • California State Bar license is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in both Federal and California State Court proceedings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
