Mid-level to Senior Liability Attorney

A law firm is currently seeking a Mid-level to Senior Liability Attorney to join their team in Mt. Laurel. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This role involves managing individual cases, drafting legal documents, participating in depositions, providing strategic legal analysis, and representing clients in court when necessary.

Job Details:

• Manage a variety of legal matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Draft pleadings and legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Provide strategic legal analysis.
• Appear in court as required.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for experience in motor vehicle and premises liability.
• Experience in ride-share litigation is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills:

• Proficient in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Ability to answer written discovery effectively.
• Skilled in taking and defending depositions.
• Competent in handling oral arguments.
