Duties:

• Handle all facets of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and finance

• Provide counsel on land use, zoning, and urban development projects

• Structure and negotiate joint ventures, partnerships, and limited liability companies

• Review and analyze title and survey documents

• Draft and negotiate legal agreements tailored to sophisticated real estate deals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver client-centric solutions

• Engage directly with public and private stakeholders across development life cycles

• Participate in strategic planning and due diligence processes for real estate projects

Requirements:

• Relevant experience practicing real estate law at a leading law firm or boutique

• Demonstrated expertise in transactional matters involving real property

• Familiarity with title and survey review

• Experience with land use and development is advantageous

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing
