Duties:

  • Review and analyze title and survey documents

  • Draft and negotiate legal agreements tailored to sophisticated real estate deals

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience practicing real estate law at a leading law firm or boutique

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
