Duties:

  • Handle mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and facilitating deal closings.
  • Provide legal advice on securities law matters, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements.
  • Assist clients in public and private financings, including equity and debt offerings.
  • Advise on corporate governance matters and related business issues.
  • Conduct legal research to stay current on relevant laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • 2-6 years of experience in a law firm, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, financings, corporate governance, and related business matters.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
