Litigation Of Counsel

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly experienced Litigation Of Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be crucial in the firm's litigation department, managing complex cases, communicating with clients, and contributing to case strategy development.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Supervise associates and guide as necessary.
• Work with experts and assist in fact development and depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Assist in developing case strategy.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Background in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
• A science background (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) is required.
• Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
• Direct AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
• J.D. degree.
• Bar admission.
