A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate in Orange County. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative practice handling challenging matters for high-profile national clients. Duties

• Handle a broad range of employment or complex commercial litigation.
• Manage single and multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state court and arbitration.
• Work on wage and hour, discrimination, and class action lawsuits.
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Conduct depositions and engage in substantive motion practice.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with employment advisory matters preferred.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of California admission.
