Mid-level Fund Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A prominent law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This position is suited for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, preferably in finance law.

Duties

• Work on fund finance transactions as part of a collaborative Finance & Restructuring team.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft finance-related agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support complex finance transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, delivering high-quality legal guidance.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices in finance law.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, ideally within finance law.
• Excellent academic record, showcasing analytical and research capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership and in good standing in the candidate's state of residence.

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting finance-related transactional documents.
