  • Manage casework with autonomy while working closely with legal team members

  • Stay informed on evolving laws related to elder care and estate planning

  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and support additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Georgia Bar

  • Legal experience in estate planning, elder law, or related fields is strongly preferred

  • Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts

  • Skilled at working independently and collaboratively

  • High level of emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism

  • Comfortable managing multiple cases with attention to accuracy and deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
