Job Overview

A law firm seeks a fourth to seventh year Employment Associate for its Los Angeles office. The role requires experience in handling matters related to Wage & Hour, Discrimination, and/or Wrongful Termination. The successful candidate will engage in litigation, conduct research, and participate in discovery processes.

Duties

  • Conduct research and draft legal memos.
  • Participate in all aspects of discovery.
  • Assist with pre-trial motions.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential client information.

Requirements

  • Experience in Wage & Hour, Discrimination, and/or Wrongful Termination cases.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Interest in litigation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
