The Senior Private Equity Mergers And Acquisitions Associate Attorney will be crucial in advising private equity funds and healthcare providers on complex transactions. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure statements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding transactional matters.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client support.
  • Participate in negotiations and assist in the structuring of complex transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Experience working with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.
  • Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for admission.
