A law firm is seeking a Senior Private Equity Mergers And Acquisitions Associate Attorney to support healthcare clients with their transactional needs, specifically focusing on the acquisitions of physician and dental practices and the representation of behavioral health providers.

Job Overview:

The Senior Private Equity Mergers And Acquisitions Associate Attorney will be crucial in advising private equity funds and healthcare providers on complex transactions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. Additional experience or interest in behavioral health is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure statements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding transactional matters.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Participate in negotiations and assist in the structuring of complex transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Experience working with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.
• Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admitted to the California Bar or eligible for admission.
• Previous experience or interest in behavioral health is a plus.

Education:
