A law firm is actively seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Partner-level Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its team in New York City, NY. The successful candidate must bring a minimum of $300,000 in portable business and possess admission to the Florida Bar. Duties

  • Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Negotiate and draft complex commercial real estate agreements and contracts.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys within the real estate practice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering client trust and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of $300,000 in portable business.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, preferably at a partner level.
