Job Overview:

The Wage and Hour Class Action Associate Attorney will play a significant role in litigating their own docket of cases while receiving mentorship from award-winning attorneys. They will draft pleadings, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients in various legal proceedings, honing their skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy.

Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
• Participate in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team.
• Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills under mentorship.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate for their rights.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
