A law firm in Cleveland is seeking a highly qualified Real Estate Financing/Tax Credit Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in real estate finance or lending transactions, particularly those involving Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and New Market Tax Credits.

 

Job Details:

  • Experience in real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial institutions and/or developers.
  • Preferably, experience in projects supported by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and New Market Tax Credits.
  • Strong academic credentials and work ethic are essential.
  • Solid organizational skills to manage complex real estate transactions.
  • Ability to establish client and peer relationships in a collaborative culture.
  • Must be licensed or be willing to seek licensure in Ohio.

 

Experience:

4-6 years of relevant experience.
