Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, specifically within the skilled nursing and assisted living facility fields.
  • Analyze and assess legal risks associated with various business transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews for real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive legal representation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Ohio.
  • Minimum of 7 years of practical, transactional law experience.
