Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney with at least 7 years of practical, transactional law experience, particularly in real estate transactions. Additionally, familiarity with various aspects of potential business transactions related to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, such as joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments, is essential.

Duties:

• Lead negotiations and draft purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and related documents.
• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, specifically within the skilled nursing and assisted living facility fields.
• Analyze and assess legal risks associated with various business transactions.
• Conduct due diligence reviews for real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive legal representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Ohio.
• Minimum of 7 years of practical, transactional law experience.
• Proven experience in real estate transactions, focusing on skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Education:
