Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney

The candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies for top-tier clients, working with legal practitioners who are leaders in the field. Should have a Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field. Must have a solid understanding of biochemistry, particularly next-gen sequencing, sequencing data, and/or fluorescence imaging of biochemical moieties. Active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE requirements are required. Must be registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The candidate should have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Must have analytical skills to conduct a complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
