Chemical And Materials Technologies Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a chemical and materials technologies associate attorney with 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate will work closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process. Will prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications in the United States and abroad. Conducts freedom-to-operate and patentability analysis. Assists in other responsibilities or projects, as requested or needed. Must have an advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field of study. Must be Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York. Admitted to the USPTO is required.

The candidate must have Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings is required.
