Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience managing insurance defense matters, particularly in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense proceedings. They will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively within a strong legal team, providing top-notch customer service to diverse clients. Duties:

• Manage insurance defense matters, focusing on bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other related proceedings.
• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to the unique needs of each case and client.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document review to support case preparations.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties, such as experts and consultants, to support case objectives.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in California and good standing with the State Bar.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven experience in insurance defense litigation, focusing on bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of California laws and regulations about insurance defense.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
