Duties:

• Represent clientele effectively in various court proceedings, trials, arbitrations, and depositions.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategies.

• Prepare and file detailed legal documents, including complaints, motions, responses, and appellate briefs.

• Provide strategic legal advice tailored to specific client circumstances.

• Continually monitor and adapt to developments in relevant areas of law and procedural changes.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the state bars of New Jersey and New York.

• Proven litigation experience ranging from 2 to 6 years.

• Solid trial experience and courtroom proficiency.

• Exceptional analytical, legal research, and persuasive writing capabilities.

• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to independently manage caseloads while effectively contributing within a collaborative team environment.

• Commitment to ethical legal practices and maintaining professional integrity.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed Attorney in good standing in both New Jersey and New York.
