A law firm in New York City is seeking a dynamic Senior Real Estate Attorney with 11 years of commercial real estate experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong working knowledge and significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, and the ability to train and oversee junior associates.
 
Duties:
• Provide guidance and training to junior associates.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of work product.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage commercial real estate transactions efficiently.
• Demonstrate significant experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Train junior associates and oversee their work product.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
• Apply strong knowledge of Michigan law to commercial real estate matters.
 
Requirements:
Admission to practice in State Bar is required.
 
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
 
Experience:
11 years of commercial real estate experience.
