Trial Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Trial Attorney for their Miami, FL location. The Trial Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks related to real estate and commercial litigation, including drafting legal documents, preparing and arguing motions in court, representing clients in trials and depositions, and providing legal advice. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, research, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of real estate and commercial litigation law.

Duties:

• Handle day-to-day tasks related to real estate and commercial litigation.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare and argue motions in court.
• Represent clients in trials and depositions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Stay updated on developments in real estate and commercial litigation law.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial litigation law.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Ability to prepare and argue motions in court.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Active member of the Florida Bar or eligible to become a member.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
