A law firm in Radnor, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its esteemed team. The Associate Attorney will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with the litigation team for individual clients in class action cases. This role involves drafting legal memoranda, tracking shareholder class action cases, and managing clerical staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials, strong writing ability, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.

 

Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with the litigation team for individual clients in class action cases.
  • Draft legal memoranda concerning class action cases and related legal issues.
  • Track and monitor shareholder class action cases for clients and the team.
  • Assist in managing clerical staff to ensure prompt and accurate completion of support work.
  • Collaborate with a small team of prestigious attorneys on high-profile cases and client matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • 0-4 years of complex litigation experience preferred; class action experience is a plus.
  • Excellent credentials and strong writing ability.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
