The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of complex litigation experience, with a preference for class action experience. This role involves day-to-day litigation of complex class action matters, developing litigation strategy, and assisting in managing clerical staff. Duties:

  • Engage in day-to-day litigation of complex class action matters.
  • Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Assist in managing clerical staff to ensure support work is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Work closely with a small team of prestigious attorneys on high-profile cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
  • 1-3 years of complex litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience with class action matters is a plus.
  • Excellent academic credentials and writing ability.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
