A law firm in New York City is seeking a Mid-Level Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have significant experience leading diligence, drafting ancillary agreements, and handling various aspects of transactions. Admittance to the New York Bar and excellent credentials are essential for this role. Lead on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions. Demonstrate familiarity with all aspects of a transaction, including drafting primary deal documents. Interface effectively with clients throughout the transaction process.

 

Duties:

  • Lead diligence efforts in M&A transactions.
  • Draft ancillary agreements and primary deal documents.
  • Interface with clients to address their needs and provide updates on the transaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Excellent credentials.

 

Experience:

3-6 years of Mergers and Acquisitions experience.

 

Skills:

  • Proficient in leading diligence processes.
  • Strong drafting skills for ancillary and primary deal documents.
  • Effective client communication and interpersonal skills.
