A law firm is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Construction And Real Estate - Construction Transactions - Major Projects and EPC Contracts. The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects, including drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and other commercial contracting and project finance documents. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required for this role.

Job Overview:

  • Position Title: Construction And Real Estate - Construction Transactions - Major Projects and EPC Contracts
  • Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duties:

  • Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts for major projects.
  • Negotiating P3 agreements and CMAR agreements.
  • Drafting and reviewing subcontractor and supply agreements.
  • Reviewing and analyzing a variety of other commercial contracting and project finance documents.
  • Providing legal advice and guidance on construction and real estate matters.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction and real estate law.
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in Minnesota or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the State Bar in Minnesota or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
