The candidate will work on the labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and other related documents. Must have knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws and experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment related matters. Should have portable book of business. Must have Bar admission.
