  • Manage deals from start to end with minimal supervision.
  • Build and manage client relationships.
  • Handle day-to-day requirements to ensure a high level of service to elite clients.
  • Demonstrate strong drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Work effectively in a team setting.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Corporate Associate Attorney.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions deals, general corporate transactions, and capital markets transactions.
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong academic record.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in New York State.

Skills:

  • Legal expertise in corporate law.
  • Ability to run deals from start to end.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective teamwork.
