Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A dynamic civil litigation and personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for attorneys with at least three years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation who are looking for a supportive, growth-focused environment. Location:

Duties:

• Manage a substantial caseload involving personal injury and employment-related matters

• Draft motions, pleadings, complaints, and other legal documents

• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Conduct settlement negotiations and finalize resolutions

• Review legal documents such as demands, complaints, and discovery responses

• Communicate legal strategies and updates with clients

• Analyze case facts to determine coverage and liability

• Supervise and advise junior staff and legal assistants as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal injury law and civil litigation

• Proven experience in motion practice and case management

• Ability to handle all stages of litigation independently

• Familiarity with legal software (e.g., Casepeer preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to provide leadership and mentorship within a team setting

• Spanish language proficiency is a strong advantage

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

• Post-bar candidates may be considered based on experience
