Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Elder Abuse Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Elder Abuse law and a passion for representing clients. This role requires travel throughout California for court hearings and depositions.

Duties

  • Attend trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
  • Prepare pleadings and set up motions.
  • Draft legal documents, mediation briefs, and trial briefs.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
  • 5+ years of experience in Elder Abuse law.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience in personal injury litigation cases.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
