A law firm is seeking a Finance Corporate Associate Attorney for their Philadelphia, PA office.

Job Overview:

The Finance Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel in corporate finance matters, including commercial finance transactions, loan originations, and real estate financings. The successful candidate will have strong drafting skills, experience in covenant compliance, and due diligence management, and the ability to handle multiple assignments independently.

Duties:

• Draft loan, security, inter-creditor, and related financial documents.
• Provide legal advice on covenant compliance and regulatory matters.
• Lead due diligence teams and manage specialists involved in finance transactions.
• Assist in drafting various legal documents related to corporate finance.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or related field.
• Experience working with financial institutions and borrowers preferred.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar or eligibility for admission.
