A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney for their Boise office.

 

Job Overview:

The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will be responsible for handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation matters. M&A experience is beneficial for this role. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills and possess excellent professional recommendations.

 

Duties:

  • Manage debt and equity capital market deals
  • Oversee public and private securities offerings
  • Facilitate joint ventures and disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations
  • Provide legal advice on M&A transactions

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work
  • Significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
  • M&A experience is advantageous
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent professional recommendations

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
