A law firm in New York City, NY, is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney, preferably with 4-5 years of experience or a more senior level, who is licensed in both New York and New Jersey, and preferably in Florida. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and handling litigation matters for the firm.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in New York and New Jersey, preferably Florida as well.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in litigation.

Education:
