  • Collect, review, and manage documents required for immigration case filings.
  • Communicate case timelines and provide regular status updates to clients.
  • Review immigration forms, support letters, invoices, and related documents for accuracy.
  • Ensure completeness of case files by verifying all necessary documents are included.
  • Collaborate with legal assistants and law clerks, providing feedback and instructions for case preparation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of applications and petitions before filing.
  • Monitor case progress, processing times, and any potential delays or errors in case approvals.
  • Encourage clients to use the firm’s LIBERTY portal for efficient case tracking.
  • Attend networking events, contribute to webinars, and write articles to enhance the firm’s presence in the immigration law community.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business immigration law, particularly employment-based immigration.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to review and manage legal documentation with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and provide guidance to support staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve delays and issues in case processing.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar where the firm operates (e.g., Texas Bar).
