A reputable law firm based in Houston, TX is seeking a licensed Associate Attorney to join its Immigration and Family Law practice. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle legal matters related to Immigration and Family Law

  • Work independently on assigned cases while collaborating with a legal team

  • Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and attend court hearings

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and third parties

  • Multitask across a range of client matters and prioritize workload effectively

  • Support senior attorneys in case development and litigation strategy

  • Maintain accurate and organized case files

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Texas

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Texas State Bar license
