Duties:

  • Handle a diverse caseload involving labor and employment litigation and contested fiduciary matters, particularly in trust and estate litigation.
  • Demonstrate strong writing skills by drafting persuasive legal documents, including dispositive motions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, showcasing expertise in examination and cross-examination techniques.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior associates and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in labor and employment litigation, with a successful track record of winning dispositive motions.
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania federal and state practice; experience in New York and New Jersey is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle contested fiduciary matters, especially in trust and estate litigation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration within the firm and with clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar; admission to the New York and New Jersey Bars is a plus.
