Litigation Associate Attorney

Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4 years of experience. The candidate should be capable of handling matters independently and interacting directly with clients on a variety of defense litigation cases including: Business Litigation; Construction Law; Data Breach & Security Response; Hospitality & Food-Borne Illness Litigation; Motor Vehicle Accidents; Personal Injury; Premises Liability; Product Liability; Professional Liability; Real Estate Litigation; Toxic Tort / Asbestos Litigation; Transportation & Trucking Law. Case management experience, including deposition, motions practice, and trial experience, are preferred. Oregon State Bar membership is required; Washington State Bar membership is a plus; school law or public entity defense experience is a plus.

The candidate must have solid drafting, writing, and researching skills, as well as excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
