A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience to provide excellent legal services and contribute to the growth of a well-established practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional credentials, client service capabilities, and analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal services in ERISA and employee benefits matters.
  • Assist clients in compliance with ERISA regulations and other relevant laws.
  • Advise clients on retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefits programs.
  • Draft and review plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Stay updated on changes in ERISA and employee benefits laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in any state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERISA and employee benefits law.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.
  • Strong professional credentials and client service capabilities.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

License to practice law in any state.

 

Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ERISA and employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions.
