The ideal candidate should have experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans, and the benefits side of merger and acquisition transactions. Excellent prior training at a top quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and a client centric approach. Must be licensed. A portable book of business is desired.

This large West Coast based law firm is new to Las Vegas, and doing its best to make sure it fits in by continuing to establish itself as a community leader wherever it goes. The firm has a full service business practice that is renowned all over the West, but is also using its new Nevada offices to offer specialty practices that apply especially to Nevada, such as gaming laws to help promote an expansion within the state. While it continues to expand, though, it also leaves room for a lot of pro bono work, which is seen as an important part of each attorney's workload.
