Duties:

• Handle all phases of general liability litigation from inception through resolution

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and client meetings

• Prepare discovery responses and manage case deadlines

• Represent clients at hearings and trials when needed

• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for efficient case handling

• Stay current on relevant legal updates and procedural rules

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in general liability or a related area

• Admitted and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Strong advocacy skills with a results-oriented approach

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and ethical practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Florida (mandatory)
