Duties:

• Lead Real Estate transactions, providing expert legal counsel and strategic guidance.
• Manage and oversee complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance the overall performance of the Real Estate practice group.
• Stay updated on legal and industry trends relevant to Real Estate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Partner specializing in Real Estate within a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to effectively manage and mentor legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
