A law firm is currently seeking a Mid-level Associate Attorney for its Boston office with a focus on senior deal management responsibilities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of large law firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex lending transactions. The candidate should be accustomed to working in a team atmosphere and possess superior academic credentials. The Mid-level Associate Attorney will assume a significant role in senior deal management and be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation related to complex lending transactions. The role requires experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in such transactions and the ability to provide sound legal advice to clients.

 

Duties:

  • Assume senior deal management responsibility for complex lending transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate documentation related to lending matters.
  • Provide sound legal advice to clients on lending transactions.
  • Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and tailor legal strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant lending laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a reputable law school.
  • Active bar membership in the state of Massachusetts.
  • 2+ years of large law firm experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex lending transactions.
  • Superior academic credentials.
