A law firm is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Employment Litigation Associate Attorney in Sacramento, CA.

Job Overview:

The Employment Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to the law firm's clients in employment-related litigation matters. The successful candidate must have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a strong background in employment law.

Duties:

• Represent clients in employment litigation cases, including defending class and individual plaintiff employment actions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and provide informed legal advice.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions for submission to courts.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and tactics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.
• Stay informed about changes in federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of employment law-related experience.
• Proven experience in employment litigation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft legal documents effectively.
• Familiarity with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Admitted to the State Bar of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
