Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment litigation associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Must preferably have experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Must be admitted to California.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
