Birth Injury Litigation Attorney

Tallahassee office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a birth injury litigation attorney preferably with 5+ years of litigation experience, plaintiff or defense work. The candidate will join a team representing plaintiff clients in birth injury cases. Learn directly from managing attorneys regarding birth injury claims and trials. Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys. Maintain client relationships in Orlando and the surrounding areas. Prepare legal reports and documents. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and draft expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Work closely with litigation paralegals and case managers. Medical malpractice experience is required, preferably birth injury experience. Must be an active member of the Florida Bar.

The candidate must have a law degree from a fully accredited law school. A strong interest in birth injury law is required. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are needed.
