Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to education law.
  • Prior transactional experience or experience representing school districts and/or public agencies is a plus.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.
