Corporate-Investment Funds Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boston is seeking a skilled Corporate-Investment Funds Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on investment fund structures, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on private equity fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operational matters.
• Draft and review fund-related documents, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription agreements.
• Conduct legal research on investment fund regulations, market trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Advise on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and fund investments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
