  • Analyze legal conflicts, advise clients on potential solutions, and negotiate on their behalf.
  • Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
  • Experience in Family Law and/or Probate is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have passed the Georgia Bar exam and be licensed in Georgia.
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with senior attorneys to meet client needs.
  • Superior litigation skills, including drafting legal documents and courtroom advocacy.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.
