Duties:

  • Work collaboratively with teams to achieve law firm goals.
  • Supervise support staff.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
  • 2-5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
  • Insurance defense and/or prior claims handling experience is a major advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Knowledge of Needles case management software is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and overall superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in the State of Ohio.
